In efforts to be environmentally conscious, Starbucks is the latest retailer to announce that they will stop using plastic straws in all of their locations and will all be completely phased out by 2020. Instead, they will offer straw-free lids for their drinks. They already offer those lids with some of their nitro cold brew drinks.
Starbucks has been making strides in making better decisions to help the environment investing money in their single use cups.
