While the upcoming election is contentious to the point of violence, we as the church must band together in unity for the sake of the gospel. We must bring the good news of the gospel even to a bad situation because we are called to be the peacemakers even in the midst of chaos. Pastor Donnie McClurkin warned us not to be so blinded by politics that we forget to preach the good news of the gospel. Let us not compromise or stay silent. Although there are many opinions, everyone has a choice. So we should be the balance and not allow any of the wrangling to divide us. From the text in Matthew 24, PM confirmed that we are living in the season Jesus spoke of, where ethnic groups will contend with each other but regardless of it unfolding, we are called to preach the gospel into all the world. He concluded that this should be the church's true message and top priority.

In this powerful testimony, Pastor James Wilson shares the emotional story of his baby girl, Julia, who was born prematurely with life-threatening health complications. Julia's mother recalls the terrifying moments leading up to an emergency C-section, where their baby was born unresponsive, not breathing, and with severe infections and heart conditions. Despite the overwhelming odds, the power of daily prayer and unwavering faith became their source of hope. The prayers of the community, including nurses who prayed through the night, played a key role in Julia's miraculous recovery. Over time, Julia's health improved dramatically, leaving her family and doctors amazed at her progress. This testimony is a moving reminder of how faith and prayer can bring healing even in the darkest times.

In an inspiring message, Pastor Donnie McClurkin challenged every believer to avoid engaging and perpetuating in the hostile dysfunctions and maladies of relationships that only lead to divisions and disunity.
How can we say that we are the church and body of Christ when we refuse to get along with each other?
In his opening text from Psalm 133:1-3, he reminded us that God will command the blessing when we are unified. He also quoted Deuteronomy 32, which revealed that although one can overcome a thousand foes, two will overcome ten thousand because God’s power will not only come down in our situation but it will multiply beyond measure to demolish all that is against us. So we should strive for unity and never allow our feelings to blind us from the truth of God’s word. He concluded by using the analogy that scars are proof that our past wounds were healed. So we should be quick to forgive and live peacefully with each other and then and only then will our souls be able to heal in the love of God.

Most of us live life with expectations that are deemed as normal. However, when those normal expectations take a turn for the worse or things become extreme we tend to lose our footing and overall grip on life. Pastor James Wilson, in his message, "You are not normal", asks the question, what do you do when things are not so normal? Do you back away or throw in the towel? As believers, we have to face these abnormal situations head on trusting in what God said. From his text in Genesis 50, he reminded us that sometimes, God will allow us to go through difficult times, like Joseph, who had to go from a promise to the pit, then into slavery, then to prison before he got to the palace. He concluded that it's time to stay the course by pushing back on all that comes up against us because God's promises will shine brighter no matter how dark things get.
