The WHO has its eye on a new COVID variant. It's being dubbed Arcturus on social media, the World Health Organization says it's a subvariant of omicron and is the dominant variant currently in India. The variant is behind a wave of sickness in India that's mostly mild, but it's also been seen in the United States and 31 other countries.
