Check out the video of an 18-year-old man who got the scare of his life when he was put in a headlock and dragged down the highway. The 36 year old man gets out the car & hits the 18 year old & then takes the keys and walks back to his car.
The teen then runs to get his keys & was put in a headlock & dragged down the highway. The man is now charged with aggravated assault, Robbery, & Aggressive Driving.
