Former President, Barack Obama, delivered a powerful eulogy at Congressman Elijah Cummings' funeral.
Representative Cummings passed away on October 17th. Cummings was a Civil Rights activist & known for fighting for African-American communities. He was just 68 years old when he passed away and was the first African-American lawmaker whose body was allowed to lie in state at the Capitol.
