If you're downtown, specifically near the Willis Tower, you'll notice high volume of police presence and you may think that an emergency is taking place. However, it will only be a drill. The Chicago Fire Department announced yesterday that a drill will be held that will begin around 5 p.m. and could last until midnight. Many streets in the area will be closed around Willis Tower like Franklin, Quincy, and Adams.
