The jury selection in Cook County for Jason Van Dyke's trial who is being tried for shooting Laquan McDonald 16 times back in October of 2014. Laquan McDonald was only 17 years old. In police tape released, you can see that the 17-year-old was not going toward police to threaten him and Jason shot him within seconds of getting out of his squad car.
