Hyundai Raises Worker Wages

Hyundai is the latest automaker to increase wages after the UAW's wins with their strike against the Detroit three automakers. Hyundai said Monday that it would be raising worker pay by 25-percent by 2028 to match the raises for Ford, Stellantis, and General Motors union workers. Toyota and Honda have also announced wage hikes of ten and eleven-percent, respectively.
