Simone Biles is once again making gymnastics history. The 26-year-old became the first woman to do the Yurchenko double pike at the world gymnastics championships in Belgium yesterday. To pull off the maneuver, a gymnast needs immense strength and precision to pull their body around twice. If Biles were to bailout in the middle of a twist, she would likely land on her head or neck.
