Chicago Partners With Biden Administration To Address Homelessness

Chicago is partnering with President Biden's Administration on a new initiative to address homelessness. The city will work with federal partners for up to two years to strengthen and accelerate local efforts to move unsheltered people off the streets and into homes where they can rebuild their lives. Federal officials will employ multiple strategies, including embedding a dedicated official in each community to accelerate locally driven strategies.
