A new report says just eleven minutes of moderate exercise each day could lower a person's risk of premature death. Researchers analyzed data from nearly 200 studies involving more than 30-million people around the world. They found that people who were moderately active for 75 minutes a week had lower risks of overall mortality, heart disease, stroke, and various cancers compared to people who were not active
