Chicago Unveils New Public Safety Training Center

Chicago leaders are celebrating the completion of the city's new Public Safety Training Center. Mayor Lightfoot was joined yesterday by CPD Superintendent David Brown, and CFD Commissioner Annette Nance-Holt for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the West Side facility.Officials say the nearly 170-million-dollar training center will provide the cities' first responders with the most modern facilities to hone their skills for emergency response situations, investigations, and tactical operations.
