New Moms will have an additional 6 to eight weeks of paid maternity Leave
Employees will also be able to bring their child to work in-network day care that will cost $20 per day, or they will pay a subsidized hourly rate for in-home care.The company is also planning to give workers 20 days of backup child care or elder care. They will also offer paid time off up to four weeks to care for a child or sick family members.
The changes will go into effect starting this fall.
