Quick meal prep: 

Grab and Go Foiled Chicken Breast meal Rub chicken breast with Olive Oil, season with sea salt and black pepper, place the breast in foil and add diced sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, zucchini and asparagus.  Close all ingredients in the foil and bake at 325 degrees for thirty minutes. You can make as many individual chicken breast meals as needed for the week. Optional: add brown rice to go along with it.
