The new occupant of Tyler Perry’s opulent former spread is a businessman and evangelist who says he felt led by God to purchase the property.
“I went online and I saw this house, and that’s when I felt like God told me, ‘This is your house,” the new owner said during an interview with the community news site Buckhead.com.
