The city of Savannah, Georgia is honoring a civil rights lawyer. The council voted last week to place a historical marker for Robbie Robinson in his old neighborhood, which is the Cann Park area. Robinson was killed by a bomb mailed to his Savannah office 33 years ago. He was one of the first Black students to enroll in the University of Georgia's law school.
