The owner of Weiss and West Suburban hospitals is reaching an agreement to sell the facilities. California-based Pipeline Health has reached a deal with Resilience Healthcare and Ramco Healthcare Holdings to take over the two Chicago-area hospitals on December 2. The agreement comes after Pipeline filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October. The agreement must be approved by the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
