The PACT Act, legislation aimed to expand veterans' health care, was initially blocked by several GOP senators. After much outcry, including from Jon Stewart, who called PA Senator Pat Toomey "a "f***ing coward," the Senate passed the PACT Act in a 86-11 vote.
