A six-year-old boy was swimming next to his parents' sailboat; however, when he lost attachment to the rope, the wind pushed the sailboat away from the child. A kayaker found the boy swimming alone in the St. Louis River, brought him to safety, and helped him find his parents. The kayaker's body camera captured the event.
