Common is from the south side of Chicago and was so happy that his city was hosting the 2020 All-Star Weekend.
The Emmy and 3 time Grammy award-winning rapper and actor played in the Celebrity All-Star Game on Friday, February 14th. Not only was he on the winning team, he was also named MVP. Common scored 10 points and had 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals during the game.
