The white Fort Worth police officer who shot and killed a black woman in her own home over the weekend has resigned.
2 days after the shooting, Aaron York Dean was arrested and charged with murder. 28-year-old Atatiana Jefferson was killed when the former officer was just supposed to be performing a welfare check.
