The D'Allesandro brothers from Philadelphia opened their pizza joint to bring gourmet pizza to downtown Charleston at an affordable price. D'als, for those in the know, is a neighborhood favorite tossing up creative pizzas made with quality ingredients. I think the only thing more unique than their specialty pies are their pizza box messages on their Instagram account. Next time you're in the mood for pizza, try out D'Allesandro's Pizza.

EVO (which stands for Extra Virgin Oven) is a local pizza joint in North Charleston serving wood fired pizza paired with craft beer. I think the pictures below speak for themselves - this pizza is amazing! So good, that the owners teamed with Holy City Brewing to bring you a sister location, Baker & Brewer, to downtown Charleston at 94 Stuart Street.

This Italian restaurant on Upper King serves the most delicious wood-fired pizzas in an atmosphere that's so comfortable you will not want to leave. And at the bar, you can find all pizza half off during Happy Hour on Monday through Friday from 5:00PM - 7:00PM.
