The trial that accuses R. Kelly of child pornography and obstruction of justice is set to begin April 27th.
The date could change though. Kelly’s lawyer says April may be too soon since he is preparing the R&B singer’s defense in 2 other states as well. Kelly faces 40 counts of state & federal sexual misconduct charges in Illinois, Minnesota and New York.
