A mandatory boil order has been issued for everyone who lives in Park Forest. The order will remain in place through at least Monday.
Reports say officials had to issue the order after a routine sample of water in Park Forest did not meet IEPA standards.
All Park Forest residents should either use bottled water or boil water for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes and preparing food.
