Thousands of homeowners in Cook County will be receiving tax refunds.
If you paid property taxes, you could be one of them! Reports say that almost 25,000 people will receive a portion of the $24.6 million in refunds this year. The refund is available to those who have a $0 balance on their bills that are due August 1st.
