Beef products recalled due to possible E. Coli contamination

Beef products are being recalled across the nation just a day before the Memorial Day weekend.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service recalled 62,000 pounds of beef due to possible E. Coli contamination.

Check your meat. If you’re beef products have “EST. 788” inside the USDA mark of inspection, it has been recalled. Some of these products include short ribs, ribeyes and briskets.

So if you plan on cooking this holiday, be sure to click this link and make sure the beef that you purchased isn’t on the recall list.
