The moment happened when Markesis’ girlfriend was sitting in a car parked in a handicapped space outside the store. She was approached as he started looking for a handicap permit in her car When he did not see one, they began to argue about the fact that she had no Handicap sign although she was parked in a Handicap Spot. As her Boyfriend overheard them arguing and approached & pushes him back away from the Girlfriend, Michael Drejka pulled out a gun and shot McGlockton, He later died. Praying for the Family!
