Panera Bread is adding warnings about its caffeinated lemonade following a lawsuit. Charged Lemonade contains more caffeine than a Red Bull and Monster energy drink combined. In 2022 a University of Pennsylvania student died after drinking two of the drinks over the course of a few days. Her family filed a lawsuit against Panera, and the restaurant has now agreed to put up disclosures about the lemonades in all of their North American stores
