Chicago is gearing up for the NBA All-Star Game in February and now the players for the big game have been announced.
The 2020 NBA All-Star Game is Sunday, February 16th at the United Center, but there are events all weekend! The game itself will have a new format to honor NBA Legend, Kobe Bryant, who passed away on January 26th in a helicopter alongside his 13-year-old daughter and seven others.
The basketball stars who will play in the big game are:
EAST ALL-STAR
- Starters: Giannis Antetokounmpo (captain), Joel Embiid, Pascal Siakam, Kemba Walker, Trae Young
- Reserves: Jimmy Butler, Ben Simmons, Kyle Lowry, Khris Middleton, Domantas Sabonis, Jayson Tatum, Bam Adebayo
WEST ALL-STAR
- Starters: LeBron James (captain), Anthony Davis, Luka Doncic, James Harden, , Kawhi Leonard
- Reserves: Nikola Jokic, Damian Lillard, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Chris Paul, Brandon Ingram, Russell Westbrook
