Ciara and Russell have a daughter named Sienna Princess and she is 2-years-old. Ciara did have a son from her previous relationship with the rapper, Future. While, Future Zahir, who is 5-years-old, is not Russell Wilson's biological son, he treats young Future no different and the 2 have a beautiful relationship.
