Happy Birthday to Tye Tribbett! Today, January 26th, he is celebrating 44 years of life!
Tyrone "Tye" Tribbett was born in Camden New Jersey. He is a "PK." His father is a pastor and his mother is also a minister.
In the late '90s, Tribbett created Tye Tribbett & Greater Anointing also know as G.A. The 2 time Grammy award-winner says,"That first rehearsal blew my mind. The musicianship, the quality of the voices and the spirit of the choir, the character of everybody...I knew that this was it. I knew that this is what I was supposed to be doing."
Tye Tribbett has a lot of titles under his belt including gospel artist, producer, choir director and now he pastors a church alongside of his wife, Shanté Tribbett. Live Church is located in Orlando, Florida.
Tribbett has had a big influence on the gospel music industry and not only does he work hard on his assignment, but he is also an amazing husband and father to 2 daughters.
