Well R. Kelly says his health is deteriorating and he needs to be released from jail immediately! His lawyers have filed for the R&B singer’s release again.
Kelly has been in jail since July, and he and his legal team have tried several times to get him released on bond, but haven’t had any luck. Kelly’s legal team says he isn't receiving adequate medical treatment and calls the conditions of his confinement "stifling."
They also don’t like that only one of Kelly’s alleged girlfriends can visit him. The judge has not yet ruled on whether Kelly will be released yet.
