2-year-old Alexandra Martinez passed away after 2 temporary steel walls fell on her inside of Akira.
Alexandra was with her grandmother and aunt at the time of the incident. Reports say she was playing in the store and the temporary wall dividers somehow fell on her. The walls weighed between 75 and 100 lbs. and left the 2-year-old with major head injuries.
