Beyoncé and her trainer release weight-loss meal plan

Were you one of those people who prayed that Beyonce's would tell the world how she lost all of her baby weight and more in a record amount of time? Well your prayers have been answered.

Beyoncé and her trainer, Marco Borges, have released the weight loss meal plan that she stuck to after giving birth to her twins in order to be ready for her Coachella performance. The singer has already announced that the plan is not easy.

The “22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner,” is a plant-based diet with no alcohol, carbs or sugar. The planner is now available to everyone.
