This week, headlines are being caused on the topic of race and gender by Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo. In a recent magazine shoot, the actress sat alongside Gabrielle Union, Gina Rodriguez, and Emma Roberts sat down to discuss the state of television and the pay gap. In the midst of the convesation Ellen called out the shoot and said that there wasn't enough color in the room. She said that she wants to experience shoots the same way she experiences the world and that is with people of color, like in her regular life.
