Michelle Obama opens up about conceiving

Former first lady Michelle Obama has opening up in her new book about her struggles with conceiving children. She writes, "We had one pregnancy test come back positive, which caused us both to forget every worry and swoon with joy, but a couple of weeks later I had a miscarriage, which left me physically uncomfortable and cratered any optimism we felt."

She goes on to explain that her and the former President used in vitro fertilization to conceive their two daughters.

Robin Roberts sits down with the former first lady this sunday November 11 at 9 p.m. to talk more about the book and what she wrote in it.
