A new community facility at 103 & Woodlawn is opening today in the Pullman neighborhood. The $20 million dollar project is 135,000 square feet and it provides athletic facilities and community rooms for tutoring and other uses. The project has been on going for a while and it will provide a hub for for people in the south side neighborhood, not only providing a place for them to go after work and school, but it is bringing 100 new jobs to the area.
