John Legend is now, well, a LEGEND!

We know John Legent has a buttery smooth voice and can knock out hits after hits.  The singer, has received many accolades, and last night he added yet another, giving him the honor of being the youngest and first African American to become an EGOT!

That means he has won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony.  He rounded out his awards with a Creative Arts Emmy. About his win, he said, “Before tonight, only 12 people had won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony in competitive categories,” Legend noted on Instagram Sunday night. “Sirs Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice and I joined that group when we won an Emmy for our production of their legendary show Jesus Christ Superstar. So happy to be part of this team. So honored they trusted me to play Jesus Christ. So amazed to be in such rarefied air.”

His wife, Chrissy Teigen could not be any prouder, showcasing John placing his emmy on his impressive wall of awards. CONGRATS JOHN!
