A local school bus driver was charged with aggravated battery in Flossmoor for choking a boy that was traveling on her school bus because he refused to clean up his spill. According to prosecutors, the boy was getting off of the school bus when Jessica Roberts, who is 36, pulled the boy back and choked him for refusing to clean up the spills.
She is being held with a 3,000 bond and if she is released she will be unable to have contact with children under the age of 18, excluding her own children.
