The Mayor has announced a $10 million grant program for restaurants, bars and their employees that have struggled by the COVID-19 pandemic. Mayor Lightfoot says she will propose to City Council a temporary cap on the fees third party companies have charged restaurants for their delivery services. Every little bit helps, this is a start.
