Investigators said the suspect, identified as Steve Stephens, fatally shot a 74-year-old passerby in Cleveland on Sunday and posted video of the killing on Facebook. The elderly man who was shot in the video was apparently a random victim, police said. He was identified as Robert Godwin, Sr.Police said Stephens is armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Stephens is described as a black man with a full beard. He is 6-feet-1-inches tall and 244 pounds. Stephens was last seen wearing a dark blue and grey or black striped polo shirt.
