Chicago's Income Pilot Program

The city of Chicago has stated that over 176,000 households applied for the city's first ever income program. With this being quite a big step in the right direction for not only Chicago but for city's everywhere. The city estimates that about 5,000 low-income households will benefit from the Chicago Resilient Communities Pilot Program. The city and it's officials are expecting the program to be one of the largest monthly cash assistance programs in the nation, and I for one cannot wait to see it come to light.
