Happy Birthday to Bishop Marvin Sapp!

Happy Birthday to Bishop Marvin Sapp! Today, January 28th, he is celebrating 53 years of life.

Bishop Sapp was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He actually began singing at the age of 4. One of his biggest albums was Thirsty, with the song "Never Would Have Made It," which was released in 2007. He has been nominated for 11 Grammys and is a seven-time Stellar Award winner.

He and his wife, MaLinda Sapp, founded the Lighthouse Full Life Center Church in Grand Rapids. Sadly, Mrs. Sapp passed away in September of 2010 from cancer. She is survived by her husband, Bishop Sapp and their 3 children, Marvin 11, Mikaila, and Madisson.

In October 2019, Bishop Marvin L. Sapp appointed Rory Marshall as the new Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Center. Bishop Sapp is now the senior pastor of The Chosen Vessel in Forth Worth, Texas! He is not just a gospel artist and bishop, but he is also an author!

We pray Bishop Sapp enjoys his special day and wish him many more blessed years!
