Nearly one in five young adults have debt currently in collections. That's according to a report from the Urban Institute which looked at the debt racked up by 18 to 24 year olds. Those who wrote the report said "young adults are particularly vulnerable." They blame the high cost of borrowing and those individuals not bringing in enough income.
