Chicago Area Bracing For Winter Storm

The Chicago area is bracing for a winter storm this week. The National Weather Service says blizzard conditions are possible beginning Thursday night. A Winter Storm Watch will be in effect Thursday night through Saturday morning. Falling and blowing snow may result in white out conditions with zero visibility at times, making travel extremely difficult, if not impossible. Power outages will also be possible as a result of strong damaging winds. Bitterly cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero are likely during the height of the storm
