A new study says men can reduce the risk of colorectal cancer by eating vegetables like broccoli and spinach. The study published Tuesday in the journal BMC Medicine followed about 80-thousand U.S. men over age 60, and found those eating the most green vegetables, nuts and whole grains could lower their risk of colorectal cancer by up to 22 percent.
