Chicago's overnight winter parking ban begins tomorrow. Vehicles left parked on designated roadways between 3 a. m. and 7 a. m. will be towed. Violators will also face a 150-dollar towing fee, a 60-dollar ticket, and a storage fee of 25 dollars per day.
