Charles Barkley donates $1 Million to Spelman College. The donation is Barkley's sixth to a historically Black College or university, and his first to a women's college. Barkley has a personal connection to Spelman. Longtime friend John Hudson has a daughter at Spelman and Barkley has seen the positive impact the school has had on his friends daughter.
