100 Thousand Registered Nurses Left Workplace Because Of Pandemic Stress

About 100-thousand registered nurses left their jobs because of pandemic-related burnout. That's according to a new survey published by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. Another group of over 600-thousand nurses with an average age of 57 and more than 10 years of experience said they plan on leaving the workforce by 2027. They cited stress, burnout, or retirement as their reasons.
