After ALS Diagnosis, Legendary Singer Roberta Flack Can No Longer Sing

One of the most talented voices of our time has been diagnosed with ALS also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, and can no longer sing. ALS breaks down nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord that make muscles work, leading to progressive paralysis and death. A documentary about Flacks life and music career is expected to be released next week at a film festival in New York. Please keep Flack and her family in prayer.
